Planning Applications
With our detailed knowledge of the Local Planning Authorities’ requirements, we can offer advice regarding the internal layout of the proposed plans and the final external appearance. We undertake all the form filling and dealings with the Local Authority on your behalf.

Building Regulation Applications
As part of our full design service, once we have obtained Planning Permission on your behalf we make applications to the Building Control Department of the relevant Local Authority. We deal with all the technical aspects of the proposed works and once building regulation approval has been granted you will be able to appoint a builder to carry out the works.

Selection of a Builder
We can offer advice on the selection of a builder for your project. We have a select list of local builders with whom we have worked in the past and have first-hand knowledge of their good quality work. We are happy to supply contact details for your consideration of the builders we believe might be best suited to your project. The final choice will be yours.
